Supplier Code of Conduct

Introduction

Rexon Consulting Ltd expects all suppliers, partners, and contractors to share our commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability, and corporate integrity.

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards expected from all third parties working with us.


1. Ethical Conduct
  • Conduct all business lawfully and transparently.
  • Prohibit bribery, corruption, fraud, and conflicts of interest.
  • Maintain accurate records and cooperate with audits or due diligence requests.

2. Labour and Human Rights
  • Prohibit forced, bonded, or child labour.
  • Provide fair wages, working hours, and conditions in line with applicable laws.
  • Uphold equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.

3. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing
  • Maintain safe and healthy workplaces compliant with local regulations.
  • Promote employee wellbeing and provide necessary training and equipment.

4. Environmental Responsibility
  • Manage operations to minimise environmental impact.
  • Implement waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainability measures.
  • Support Rexon Cyber’s goal of reducing overall emissions and digital waste.

5. Data Security and Confidentiality
  • Apply robust cybersecurity measures aligned with ISO 27001/NIST CSF.
  • Protect Rexon and client data from unauthorised access or disclosure.
  • Report any data breach immediately to Rexon Cyber’s Security Lead.

6. Sub-Supplier Management

Suppliers must ensure their own subcontractors comply with this Code and maintain equivalent ethical, social, and environmental standards.


Monitoring and Compliance

Rexon Cyber reserves the right to assess and audit supplier compliance.

Failure to adhere to this Code may result in contract termination or removal from approved supplier lists.
